Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Select your reason for return and download your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your footwear in its original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange pair within 3-5 business days.
